Returns:
* Exchanges and returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of order with prior authorization via email. If
you return your order for a refund without prior authorization, you will be charged a $12 re-stocking fee.
* Exchanges and returns are only accepted with prior email approval. Please email us once you receive your
order if you are not fully satisfied.
* Return your items with the original enclosed invoice in a pre-paid parcel from an insured carrier. Swearing
Parrot is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered items sent uninsured.
* Swearing Parrot is not responsible for return postage. Original shipping and handling fees will not be

Domestic orders
Swearing Parrot ships all domestic orders USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days of
processing.
If requested, once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping notification with the tracking
number so you can keep an eye on it. If an item you ordered has been back ordered or is out of stock,
we will let you know via email.
Next day shipping is available (via FedEx) if requested for additional fees. Please contact us for details
prior to placing an order.
International orders
All international orders will be sent USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days of
processing. If requested, once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping notification with the
tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. If an item you ordered has been back ordered or is
out of stock, we will let you know via email.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its
destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country
to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office
to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
